The Power Behind Your Business

ZiiOS was founded by a professional software developer named Curtis Conner.  Curtis, a motorcycle enthusiast,  bought and operated a multi-store powersports dealership after retiring from a successful career at Microsoft.

Curtis discovered that the Dealership Management System (DMS) he inherited with his dealership purchase had numerous flaws and was very outdated.  When that vendor chose not to implement his bug fixes and enhancement requests, Curtis got to work and created his own DMS that was up-to-date, easier to use, and had features and reports that made his dealerships run smoother & more profitable. When enhancements needed to be made, Curtis and his team could quickly turn them out.  This short development cycle is something ZiiOS still stands by today!

Word got out that there was a better DMS entering the market, and it wasn't long before Dominion Enterprises management made a call requesting to meet with Curtis. 

Dominion Enterprises, an international company headquartered in Norfolk, Va., with 3,300 employees in the United States, Canada, England and Italy, currently owns and operates over 100 internet related companies, over 60 market-leading websites, and over 280 trade publications.

Dominion was looking for a DMS that would truly complement and integrate with their powersports-based products and services from CycleTrader, PowerSports Network (PSN), Traffic Log Pro (TLP), and Dominion Insights.  Of all the products they evaluated, Dominion liked the fact that ZiiOS was designed to enter inventory data once, and could have that data displayed in real time in CycleTrader online ads, and on the dealership's PSN website. In other words, when the dealer's inventory gets either received or sold, the data would instantly change on the dealership's CycleTrader presence as well as the dealer's website.

Dominion Enterprises acquired ZiiOS in August of 2010.  Curtis Conner heads ZiiOS development, and the integration with other Dominion powersports products.
